KELSEY DOERKSEN
I am a PhD student at the University of Oxford in Autonomous Intelligent Machines and Systems, beginning a Visiting Researcher position at the NASA Jet Propulsion Lab in September 2022, researching space-based applications of AI. I have been a part of the space industry since 2018 working at the Paris Observatory, NASA Jet Propulsion Lab, and most recently 2 years as a Satellite Operator at Planet, operating the world's largest Earth Observation satellite constellation.
I hold degrees in Aerospace and Electrical and Computer engineering and I'm passionate about using engineering and computer science to make the world a better place. This website showcases my project portfolio, past and current work and volunteer experiences, and details the services I offer as an academic and career consultant.
